FAQs

How do I book an appointment?

You can make appointment by calling 01482 655345, popping into the salon or we have an online booking system where you can make, cancel and check your appointments. We work on an appointments-only basis.

Please be aware when booking your appointment online, a 20% deposit will be taken.  

A 100% charge will be taken for cancellation or no shows under 24hrs, and a 50% charge will be taken for cancellations under 48hrs.

This deposit will be taken off your treatment total but late cancellation under 48-hour notice or no shows will be charged through your card (securely stored in our system) automatically in line with our cancellation policy.

Where can I park?

There is on street parking outside the salon or you can park in the car park behind the salon

What happens if my therapist is ill when I am booked in?

On the rare occasion that your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to staff absence we will endeavour to accommodate you as close to the original appointment time as possible with another therapist. We can assure you that cancelling your appointment with our apologies will always be our last option and we will make you aware of the change with as much notice as is practicable.

How long does LVL lash lift last?

LVL lash lift lasts up to 6-8weeks

I am unsure what facial I need, what should I do?

Book a skin consultation with one of our skincare specialist's who can advise you on the best facial suitable for your skin to achieve maximum results.

Why do I need a patch test?

This is to ensure you don’t have a reaction to any tinting, solutions and products we use in our treatments which vary between salons and brands. We will not carry out any treatments that requires a patch test until the patch test has been carried out at least 48 hours prior for your safety. You can book your patch test online or by calling the salon on: 01482 655345.

Treatments that require patch tests;

- Tinting

- LVL lashes

- Brow Lamination

Although not required, we do advise patch test for lash extensions if you have sensitive / reactive skin or have had issues in the past.

Patch test last 6 months or 6 months from your last treatment.


Where can I buy a voucher?

Vouchers are available to purchase in the salon, over the phone or online for any amount or service. We are more than happy to post your vouchers for a small P&P charge, however we can not guarantee the delivery date.

When buying a gift voucher online you will receive your voucher straight away via email making it hassle-free and convenient for you.
